AXIS INFOLINE has also entered into a tie-up with TVSE /CANON, EPSON, XEROX, SONY, EPSON, LG and SHARP for selling their IT & Office automation products. ACER, IBM and DELL have appointed AXIS INFOLINE as their Business Partner/Service Provider for their products in addition to being authorized reseller.

A team of qualified engineers headed by the Maintenance Manager takes care of “after-sales-support” and the “third party maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/ Servers/Printers etc.”. The team is competent enough to handle different products on various platforms like Microsoft Windows, Windows Server Software/ Linux/ Ubuntu/ MAC/ UNIX etc.

Our TRC (Test Repair Center) is well equipped with diagnostic instruments/tools and is managed by trained engineers and is headed by an experienced Manager-Support. TRC takes care of the field defectives in-house.
